Ravid Abarbanel is a dancer, choreographer and teacher based in Barcelona.
Born in 1986 in Central Israel.
She began her professional training in the 'Maslool' - Professional Dance Program in Tel-aviv, under the direction of Naomi Perlov and Offir Dagan.
After completing the two-year program, she continued her studies at the Rotterdam Dance Academy in The Netherlands.
She holds a B-Dance degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
She started her Independent Choreographer career in 2015.

Ravid was reworded The best Performer Prize in Masdanza Dance Festival 2022 and a full scholarship to the DanceWEB and American Dance Festival, 3th Prize for choreography at the International Dance Theatre Competition in Stuttgart and The Best performer price at the Barnes Crossing SoloDue, Cologne, Germany.
She received ‘Ehud Manor’ Prize for supporting her ongoing process - HOME a subject she researching during the last years.
Joined the ‘The Israeli Association for Independent Choreographers’ since 2019.
Developed Meet the floor and Happy Body: Improvisational and floor work based classes she teaches worldwide.
Teaching the Master course in Modern & Contemporary Dance for dance teachers initiated by the Ministry of Education of Israel.
Ravid, a passionate artist is determined to share her passion with others and teaches in parallel throughout a wide range of dance platforms all over the world.
